Replacement and Return

Within 14 days you can replace or return the ordered products. You can download the replacement form, print it and put it to products to speed up the process of replacement or return (by quoting your bank account information for refunds, quoting replacement products etc.).
Printing the replacement form is optional and no condition for a return or replacement.

Important for Returns from a Non-EU-Country
Please attach the invoice and the delivery note of your order to the outside of the parcel, so that the customs clearance of the return can be carried out properly. Otherwise we unfortunatelly would have to charge you any additional costs for a subsequent postal customs clearance.
